For this occasion we encourage you to DINE OUT FOR RARE! Restaurants in the Denver/Boulder metro-area will offer menu specials designed around the question: "What does Rare mean to you?" Dine in or pick up, the BEST PIZZA in COLORADO (or maybe Earth?) is celebrating the glory that is a good 'ol fashioned cheese pizza.

The Amore Menu Returns! 💖

The Marco's Coal-Fired Amore Menu is love at 900°!

We are pleased to announce the dates and menu for our yearly Valentine’s inspired prix-fixe menu! Offered from Thursday, February 13th through Saturday, February 15th for just $49 per Couple.

Each Couple (or fierce friends, or dynamic duo, or whichever decidedly un-valentine’s moniker you choose) start off with a bubbly Prosecco toast, then navigate their way through four delicious courses. Select a Primi and Salad to share, then each indulge in a curated list of Neapolitan pizzas or cheesy Ricotta stuffed shells. Dessert comes in the form of an East-Coast Italian American favorite and a specialty Marco has simply fallen in love with: Cassata Cake.

We’re making this layered-up whipped-cream-topped sweet ricotta-filled delight exclusively for the Amore menu, and you won’t want to miss it for the dessert alone!

Reservations are recommended. Our regular menu will also be available during these dates.

Offered from Friday, December 27th through Wednesday, January 1st for just $35 per person, our inviting and delicious menu makes a wonderful experience accessible to all.

Choose from a selection of Starters (like our craveable Spinach & Artichoke dip or House-made Meatballs), followed by an Entrée (Our most luxurious, celebratory pizzas and Stuffed Pasta Shells), then seasonal Salted Caramel Pannacotta for Dessert. But wait, there’s more! Did we mention there’s a glass of wine and Prosecco toast included?

Marco's Coal-Fired has brought together an all-star sampling of some of our favorite dishes in one affordable New Year’s Eve Menu that’s not just for couples, but great for friends, family and colleagues. Join us this New Year for an authentic Neapolitan experience in Denver, no passport required.
