  •  How do I sign up for Friends & Family Rewards?

By registering an account on marcoscfp.com/rewards, by opting in when you place a takeout or delivery order at marcoscfp.com, or by signing up in store with a member of our team.

  •  After I sign up, what do you do with my information?

We use this information to send you updates on special offers, events, and promotions. We also use it to share changes to the program and to keep you apprised of your account activity. This is a virtual reward system so your email address serves as your member name and is necessary to look up your account. Please note that we will never sell your information to a third party.

  •  How do I collect points each time I dine at Marco’s Coal-Fired?

After you have signed up and registered as a Friends & Family Rewards member and received your initial welcome e-mail, you are officially a member and can start to collect points.

When you visit Marco’s Coal-Fired next, you will need to provide your server with your Friends & Family Rewards membership email, phone number or mobile check-in code to collect points.

Your server will enter your information into the system and your account will automatically be populated with 1 point per dollar spent on the subtotal of your bill. Note: points will be earned for net sales only, less taxes, gratuity, service fees or any discounts applied to a check.

 

  • What happens to my acquired points?

For every $1 you spend, you earn 1 loyalty point. Every time you earn 100 points, those points will be automatically converted into $5 of loyalty rewards on your account. The loyalty rewards you earn will not expire, unless your account has 12 months without a qualified purchase.

Points earned through any loyalty program offered by Toast or a restaurant using Toast technology services have no cash value and cannot be transferred, redeemed or sold for cash. Toast reserves the right, in its sole discretion and at any time, to modify, suspend, terminate, revalue or cancel its own loyalty program and/or the technology services that enable Restaurants to offer loyalty programs through Toast. Toast reserves the right to adjudicate any discrepancies or disputes regarding rewards allocations or these program terms in its sole discretion and you agree to abide by any such adjudication.

 

  • How do I redeem my rewards points?

Once you earn a reward, you can use it on your next visit to any Marco’s Coal-Fired location. For Online Orders placed through marcoscfp.com rewards can be redeemed at checkout. To redeem in-store notify your server by giving them your account email address. Points can be redeemed at check close out.

Rewards are not currently available to redeem at Marco’s Coal-Fired Mobile Oven events or with any third-party order/delivery services.

 

  • What restrictions are there for collecting or redeeming points?

Your user profile must be fully filled out in order to redeem points.

When a Member decides to redeem their points, they must redeem all Rewards Account points less than or equal the total balance due on the check. They are not able to elect how many of their points they use.

Unused point rewards balance will remain in your account until used.

Members cannot accumulate more than 500 points per visit.

Points will not be awarded or redeemed for taxes or tips. In addition, no points can be collected for the purchase of gift cards from Marco’s Coal-Fired, third-party take out/delivery orders, or purchases at Marco’s Coal-Fired’s Mobile Oven events.

  • If I am already receiving emails from Marco’s Coal-Fired, do I have to re-register for Friends & Family Rewards?

  • Are there exclusions to earning Friends & Family Rewards points?

You do not earn Friends & Family Rewards points on the purchase of Marco’s Coal-Fired gift cards online or on our 50% Off Margherita promotion.
