Whole-lotta Burrata!

One of our favorite winter traditions is to bring Burrata to our feature menu!

Our long-time fans may remember our favorite Burrata Genovese (pictured above) – which pairs warm Coal-Fired Tomatoes, homemade Basil Pesto with creamy Burrata and Focaccia for the perfect sharing appetizer. If you’re one who loves a classic Caprese Salad – this dish turns up the volume on each of those delicious flavors and is a must-try!

Can’t get enough Burrata? Save room for the Prosciutto Burrata Pizza* – a restrained pizza that showcases each ingredient’s best qualities. The silkiness of the cheese, bright acidity of the Grape Tomatoes, freshness of the Basil and imported Extra Virgin Olive Oil, then finished with the salty-umami punch of DOP Prosciutto di Parma. If you’re not going to southern Italy for Christmas this year, this pizza will transport you with flavor!

Not to be missed at the end of your meal is Salted Caramel Pannacotta – made with whole Vanilla Bean, imported Dulce de Leche from Argentina and Italian Sea Salt – it’s a few luxurious bites that cap off your Marco’s Coal-Fired experience perfectly.

Offered from Friday, December 27th through Wednesday, January 1st for just $35 per person, our inviting and delicious menu makes a wonderful experience accessible to all.

Choose from a selection of Starters (like our craveable Spinach & Artichoke dip or House-made Meatballs), followed by an Entrée (Our most luxurious, celebratory pizzas and Stuffed Pasta Shells), then seasonal Salted Caramel Pannacotta for Dessert. But wait, there’s more! Did we mention there’s a glass of wine and Prosecco toast included?

Marco's Coal-Fired has brought together an all-star sampling of some of our favorite dishes in one affordable New Year’s Eve Menu that’s not just for couples, but great for friends, family and colleagues. Join us this New Year for an authentic Neapolitan experience in Denver, no passport required.

What’s New - April 4th, 2019

We're excited to bring you this month's feature menu - full of classic, fresh, sweet & savory flavors!

White Bean & Kale Soup is back, for those looking to transport themselves to Tuscany through flavor. A brand NEW Salad is on the menu - and we know it's going to be a lasting favorite. The Gramercy is chock full of goodness, with Limoncello Chicken Breast, Granny Smith Apples, Golden Raisins, Red Onions, Caciocavallo cheese all mixed up with Spring Mix and Romaine lettuce and dressed with our citrusy and bright Lemon Vinaigrette.

Back because it's just SO flavorful and filling - The Farmer Pizza - loaded with Garlicky Roasted Kale, Sweet Italian Sausage, Mixed Mushrooms, Ricotta and Mozzarella. Topping off the menu is our Eggplant Parmie Sandwich- so full of Sauce and melted cheese any East Coaster would be proud, and Spinach & Artichoke Dip because we just can't stop eating it!!!

We are ready and rearing to go for Spring with favorites to entice us while we gear up for the official start of patio season in April!
