Our pizzamakers were trained by the Associazione Pizzaiuoli Napolitani, a group of Pizzaiuoli that are regarded as the best in the world.  Our restaurant is certified by the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana, the first VPN certified pizzeria in the State of Colorado.  All in an effort to bring you the authentic pizza of Naples, the birthplace of pizza!
